To complement our continued pursuit for catering success, we finally started our baking department. Recent trips to Manila, London and Paris, are more than enough to give us worldly inspiration to put our cake and pastry department to reality.
We took baking lessons focusing on basic techniques and advanced cake decoration. Our volumes of pastry and baking library, speak highly of our enormous appreciation for professional and advanced cake and pastry trends.
We specialise in motif birthday cakes and heavenly wedding cakes. Supple and moist sponges is our trademark. Contemporary and up-end is common place in our creative profile.
An everlasting impression of your event depends on the total food taste and presentation. We will work with you in designing the cake of your dream, blending our know-how and your personal inputs. We hope you enjoy our gallery of cake creations and imagine how we can create one for you.
Rachelle's Fondant and Gum-Paste creations are works of art. Though modest and simple in approach, they tend to be spectacular when finished with fresh flowers, fruits and sinamay ribbons.
Her motif cakes for kids and adults alike, are show stoppers. Motif cakes can be ordered two days in advance. Cakes are baked fresh, not frozen and not refrigerated.
